Sony Ericsson W 705 — Delayed in delivery of phone from repair centre (1 month +) | |||
Hi This is Vineet Chugh I have given my Sony Ericsson W 705 for repair since 20th June in Sony Ericsson authorised service centre RT Services in Nehru Place, New Delhi. Its under warranty and they have to change the charging socket of the phone. Complaint no NPL12284 I have called them numerous times and have visited 4 times but they have not yet received the defective part from the company. They people sitting in the repair centre have no proper response to give. They are all duds and stupid people who only says "we cant do anything about it" This is example of poor service from Sony Ericsson. i am using my third walkman series phone and all three have brought me troubles!
i am fed up with this pathetic yet costly phone that i m using. This is my last sony phone as well!!
