Sony Ericsson / W100i (Spiro) — Replacement or Refund

I had purchased a Sony Ericsson Phone named SPIRO (W100i), on 21-Nov-2010, via Spice HOT SPOT in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi.

I had been to service center for four times, but still the phone is not working properly, It had been 2 and half months that I purchased the phone, and I think it had been with me only for 15 days, in bad working situation, and rest with the service center.

The day I purchased the phone, it 's improper functioning started. I had been to service center, situated in Noida Sec-18, on 28th of November. Their they updated the software of phone and asked me to test it. But the phone continues to works in improper manner.

Then I had been to service center on 5th of December (i.e. next weekend), where they submitted my phone and generates the workorder Number as SE[protected], The MOTHER BOARD of the phone was changed this time.

I got my phone back on 11th of December. But again the situation of phone was same, it was not working properly and the same errors were still persisting.

Then again I had been to service center on 2nd Jan 2011 to the same service center, they again submitted my phone and generated the work order number as SE[protected] and ask me to come on next weekend. Then again I had been to service center to collect my phone back on 7th of Jan 2011. But after using my phone for 3-4 days it again come to its original position, i.e not working properly.

Again I submitted my phone to the same service center on 16th of January 2011 with work order number SE[protected].

Now this phone is with the ESCALATION DEPARTMENT, where I had put up a request to change my phone with an another model of Sony Ericsson itself i.e. Zylo.

Continuously since 16th of Jan I had been receiving a new date from your this department about the Pending decision about Change of Handset. Still the phone is with them and I again got the date i.e. 20th of Feb. I cant wait for so long.

You are kindly requested to take the necessary action against the company.

Problems persisting with phone :
Phone hangs permanently.
SMS/ Text messages problem
Out of memory
Emergency Calls/ No signals
Keyboard problem in the upper panel

Me to facing the same problem. I were submitted my sony w100i phone to service center 4 times but no use.
How to exchange phone or how to take necessary action for sold this type of mobile phones.
