Sony Ericsson - W580i — Loss of Warranty Card

Hi

I was gifted a SE- W 580i phone some time back. I have lost the Warranty card.

Now the phone has some trouble and Sercive Centre isnt ready to rectify it. My IMEI No.[protected]-50.

From that no. am sure Sony can trace that its a genuine handset purchased from a genuine authorized shop rather than any other place.

Would be great if someone could help me get the warranty info from the SE organization

Sony Ericsson - W580i — MOBILE PROBLEM NOT YET RESOLVED -3 MONTHS CROSSED

Dear Concerned Officer,

This is regarding 1 Sony Ericsson Set, W580i, where there were some problem in the switches of the set, Being in the warrantty same was submitted to Sector-40, Sony Ericsson Centre (frenchiee: SOLAR INTERNATINAL LTD ) My collegue has visited N numbers of time there but still those peples are on same plateform. that some instrument (bounger etc etc) has not yet come from there storage office Delhi or what ever. This set is in the name of Mr Sanjai kumar singh and same was puchased by me from him.Its been Three months that Not even a Single Call has been made to the number which was given in the acknowledgment sheet.Moreover there is Mr. Vikram (TEAM LEADER) who don't have general ettiquittes that how to talk to the customer who are already bursted with the problems faced.due to service negligence from soni Ericsson Part.

Yesterday, I visited this office and meat mMr. vikram and asked for my set, He just handover me the set by saying that same has came from Delhi after rectification of problem. but when I forced him to get this checked there and than .He than discuss with some other person and than same problem was there in front of me.They again opened my set and tried to do what they could be able to do at that moment of time. than I was committed that same would be Repaired by today or maximum by today that is : today ( the 08-May-09) but today when i called the person on Mobile no-[protected], the same was switched off. .Now I again called on this number and discussed with the Mr. shekhar. he again took half an hour from me to revert back.

I am very very Fad up with the service being availed by me and If company is arranging or launching new Sets day by day than there must be Its service quality on the parallel side.

I hereby again requests that maximum to maximum by this week This must be done . Otherwise I will be left with no option other than ligigations against the sony Ericsson.
