Respected Sir/Madam, My name is Abhinav Bakde from nagpur I have purchased a sony ericsson w580i on date 6/5/09 which is in warrenty now and due to my faulty connector my board was swapped two times and handsfree one time still after a week or 10 days it detects problem and now i have purchased new handsfree still its giving problems so its obvious my money are wasted. so please kindly change my board or connector and give perfect service... I think your phone is water damaged. open the back door and check if there is any orange round sticker. it happened to my razr and sony ericson phone once.

Sony Ericsson W580i — faulty.
the number 8 key has a mind of its own, it will just start pushing 8 continuously at random, makes it impossible to text.also the people who call me cannot hear me when i am answering my calls resulting in numerous people putting the phone down on myself...
would be nice if sony would replace my phone for the same one...i have no receipts but still got the box and cd it came with...help...this is a useless phone..
