its very bad to say. i bought this product on 05.03.08. out going voice is not heard to recipient. my friend and my relative also face this problem who uses same sony ericsson. Was this information helpful? | |

I’m Deepak Kumar K S, a customer of your esteemed Phone Sony W660 i which I bought from Best buy store in Mysore just one month ago I had a problem with my hands free and since it is under warranty, I gave it your service centre at Mysore and they replaced Handsfree and socket at first time, and again I faced the same problem when I went to Service center they told that it would take 7-8 working days as there was not stock and their response was very disgusting and not good. This is second time in just 2 months the same problem is occuring. Please let me know what can I do.
