I have purchased this phone just six months back inspite of everyone opposing me not to buy SONY as we are regular buyer of Nokia phones but what a mistake i made now i feel after getting news from your service center that my liquid is damaged and will not replace phone so now i understand that why Nokia sells not your phones as no one can aford risk of 10thousand where as nokia phones we have 30 in number ranging from lowest to highest model with no problem rest you have to decied to keep the customer or not and this problem is something unbeliveable that suddenely phone got switched of and never got on if company like sony make products like this then it is better to stick with companies like nokia at least we will have peace in mind that the fobia of trustwothiness of buying sony product is not there and we are buying some brand which can be bad as sony means peace of mind.

I have purchased this phone last year inspite of everyone opposing me not to buy SONY as we are regular buyer of Nokia phones but what a mistake I made now I feel after getting Agonizing response from sony CCE’s, head of service centre, Faridabad and also from call centre and at all that after facing problem in my handset and hold for two months in service centre with them they are asking not to repair it or getting damaged my handset and saying that it will not replace phone so now I understand that why Nokia sells not your phones as no one can aford risk of 10thousand where as nokia phones we have about 20 in number ranging from lowest to highest model with no problem rest you have to decied to keep the customer or not and this problem is something unbeliveable that that after having a cell noone can talk over phone because otherperson is not able to hear our voice due to network problem of handset. if company like sony make products like this then it is better to stick with companies like nokia at least we will have peace in mind that the fobia of trustwothiness of buying sony product is not there and we are buying some brand which can be bad as sony means peace of mind.

I have Sony ericsson w700i, in which having motherboard problem, thus it don't have network. so from where i can buy its motherboard or network solution. i lived in delhi.
