Sony Ericsson — Regarding my Sony Ericsson w810i
Dear Sir/Madam,This is in regards to the Sony ericsson w810i handset, i had purchased on 13/10/2007 for Rs.10750.00 from the dealer named "Sun times", Bangalore-41 bearing the invoice number-cs7/16343.
The mobile worked fine; but on 11/10/2008 the mobile stopped charging and was getting heated when it was put to charge.I immediately stopped charging my mobile and the next day(i.e., 12/10/2008, Sunday) i went to the dealer to complain about the phenomena. The dealer asked me to contact the Sony ericsson service sentre situated in Jayanagar 4th block. Since, this was a sunday the shop was closed and I approached the service centre the next day.
It should be noted that this day, the warranty (1 year) of my mobile was getting completed. When i approached the service centre on 13th of October 2008, they examined the mobile (within 5 minutes!) and got back to us saying that there was a problem with the circuit board (a bend apparently!) and nothing could be done about the mobile.
The service centre did not even take the mobile for further examination and told us to contact several other service centres in bangalore. Now, the warranty period is over and I have no idea as to what to do with this mobile!! The service centre is an "authorized" sony ericsson service centre; but they sure seemed clueless as to what had to be done with my mobile. It also seemed like they wanted to ward off the warranty period.
I have invested a lot for this mobile and I request you to forward this complaint to the concerned authorities. Looking to hearing back from you.
my headset was repaired and can't get info about headset outlet & price.

i have a w810i mobile i can view my photos on my mobile but when i put the memory card in the car reader i cant see my photos. if i try to connect it to my pc through usb it my pc is not recoganise my phone, pc suite is installed
