Sony Ericsson W910i — phone takes so long to be repaired, complaint not followed-up well

It was almost 2 months ago since I submitted my phone for repair at NCCC Mall, Davao City, Philippines (January 12, 2009) and until now (February 29, 2009), my phone was not repaired. The service center always told me that the request from singapore is still on the process. Is this how the Sony Ericsson take the steps in giving their customers "QUALITY" service?

i have a sony ericsson w910i.i had a problem with the slider stem after it had a fall.it was on 3rd may 2009 that i gave my mobile phone for repair.now that, almost a couple of months are over when i asked the centre they said the company is takin in all the warranty mobiles and that he has sent it to the head office. it was in ICONNET, ADYAR, CHENNAI which was earlier a certified centre for sony, noe that they say the certification has been cancelled. y is that such a reputed company is providing such a bad service.
