Refer Purchase id no. 8821103 & order id no. 17587057, order dt. 02.05.12 on NDTV shopping/ infibeam.com for supply of a Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo mobile placed by my son from U.S.A. for delivery at my house at Bhubaneswar.
I have written a complaint on 18.05.12 for short supply items as listed in my E Mail as below. I have given also no. of reminders. But already 2 months is already passed & they reply the same we are sorting out & will take some time.

3.USB Cable.
4.User Guide Book let
