Dear Mr Anil Sethi and Regional manager Bangalore,
I purchased sony ericssson xperia on 20 may 2012(3 months back) and two days back i kept it for charging and when battery is 100%, i removed from the charger immediatly it got off, when i am trying it is not switching on. I went to koramangala service center,They didn't helped me.It is under warranty but they made me to run for the whole day for free service.First of all front office executive was very rude and dont' know how to speak to the customer, and i escaleted to the manager, even she doesn't know how to handle customers. I felt like i lost my money and i never want to go for this comapny once again. Customer service is very pathetic.
Then i went to jayanagar service center,the situation is not better than earlier. One engineer came and asked the issue and then he started laughing at me. Anyway i have submitted my phone and he said they will give a callafter two days and update what is the issue and when can i get it . I don't know when can i get my mobile back. I feel like trapped and am really thinking of appproching the consumer court .
kindly help me to solve this issue
