[Resolved] Sony Ericsson / Xperia X8 E15 — Handset is Swapped by Service Center | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I have Submitted my Xperia X8 ( Which was under the warranty at purchased in June 2011) on 19 Aug 2011 to the Sony Ericsson Service center in Noida at Neeru Enterprises, P-21, KFC Basement, Sector - 18, Noida,Uttar Pradesh, Phone No : [protected] After the repairing the When Handset was delivered to me it was completely swapped. I Reported the Same Problem to the Customer care and Service center they told me that your IMEI changed because your motherboard is changed. they are forcing me to take the delivery But i had refused to take delivery yet as mobile body and IMEI no was changed. They are explaining that in change motherboard case the IMEI number get changed but why they are changing even the mobile body. It is still with the service center and they are not giving me any clarification on that matter. I called so many time to the customer care But they are not giving me any answer. My Handset Details (which are stick as a sticker on each handset below the battery on the Mobile body) are as below. SI No: 12487100.4EN S/N No: BX902D618C IMEI No:[protected] suppos to be change with change of motherboard) BAR Code: 7 [protected] So Please help me to get my Original phone if they are going to change it then please change it with new unit as it was only 2 month old handset.
