Sony Ericsson Yari — Poor Service

I had submitted approximately 6 months old Sony Yari (U100i) phone for service after its keypad started giving problems to the nearest Sony ericsson certified service center: RT Outsourcing Nehru Place New Delhi on 28th June 2010.
I was told that tentatively my phone will be ready in 2-5 days time by the service personal at MobileTech. It has now been 23 days and I have been informed it may take one week more. I have called the customer care of Sony Ericsson ([protected] and [protected]) on three ocassion's and each time was falsely promised that the phone would be ready by next week.
Numerous of my mails to the customer care ('questions.[protected]@support.sonyericsson.com') have received no attention from the company.

I have also noticed that similar is the case with other Yari (U100i) phones the company manufactures.
Can anything be done to make the company take notice of the inconveniences it is causing its customers?
Please suggest/ assist.

Sony Ericsson Yari — slider belt not working properly

Complaint is regarding the service department of the company sony erricson. my phone has been given in repairs twice within 8 months. it takes 15-40 days for the cell to come back. I am disturbed as am not able to use my number and my warranty period has also been hampered by the company. It should be replaced by the company if such is the condition twice.
I own a Yari too and am afraid will end up giving the phone again and again for repairs. I haven got my phone back from the service center since 25 days. This problem seems to be with a whole lot of Yari phones.
Can anything be done to make sure the company answers?
I AM FACING THE SAME P;M WITH MY YARI PHONE AND I SUBMITTED MY PHONE ON 10th JUNE .
Apart from keypad malfunction, I am also getting trouble with the slider and the outer speakers of Yari.
Mu phone is just three months old.

Sony Ericsson Yari — FREQUENT FAILURE

I purchased a sony ercsson mobile in 11 dec 2011 from sree laxmi telecom service shoopped at Suhatta complex(Durgapur). After 4-5 months usage the mobile giving trouble in mother board. Given for service at Benachity,Durgapur. After making ok they returned after 3 weeks.But,Immediately within 2 days repeated and furthed added problems are found in the same mobile. I am fed up with the mobile, could not be used even after spent a considerable amount for the costly branded set.The utility of the set is very low left with very less reliability. What is the use of such highlighted brand like SONY.Even the low cost china mobiles are working properly for a considerable time.
