sony ericsson yari mobile phone — complaint about my sony ericsson phone
sir,i have given a sony phone to aditya enterprises patna in very good condition they take 2 months. when i go to collect,my phone it is in very bad condition but i take that phone and use 1 to 2 days and it start hanging and all its parts got fractured itself.when i again go to service center they clearly says "i will not do any thing related this" very easy i contacted sony customer care several time but they only say i will call you with a solution,but still they doesn't call me. sir please make solution.29%

Sony Ericsson Yari U100i — dissatisfaction in service and delaying to service
sir,i brought yari u100i in 02-mar-2010 in mobile store in hazira surat,I was facing the problem from the day i brought this mobile.i was not able to hear the voice of the person speaking with me even if i call to him or he calls me. this problem get rectified by it self as soon as i switch off the mobile.but problem comes again with in few hours and it sometime get hangs.
When i reported this above occured problem to mobile store i brought.He told that the problem is occured because the software of the is yet to be updated and reffered me to P9 service to update the software in free of cost because of warrenty.service centre located approximately 36Km from my residence.After a month of time my mobile has gone completely hung and key board is not function properly .so i immediatly took to the service center on surat, they told me that there is a problem with the belt located in the mobile.They asked for a time of 2days to change the belt.after 2 days call from service center my mobile has got liquid damage.so they refused to rectify the problem under warrenty.
They haven't did any inspection infront of me.so i called to sony consumer care delhi for complaining regards the my problem.they asked my workorder number.but i haven't got the workorder number from the service center.i gave my IMI number to verify. after verifying they told me that it has written as software problem in my mobile database.
As far as my knowledge is concerned there are no posibilities of liquid damage,from[protected] to[protected] my mobile in service center the spare part is not available.soi waht can i do know please mail me at [protected]@gmail.com
