I have bought this sony phone on Nov 15, 2008 from X-CITE store located at Ambavadi, Ahmedabad.
I have noticed that the phone is defective. The screen has 2 dead pixels and the camera takes pictures (but with glare).
X-Cite is not taking this defective piece back, no refunds or exchanges.

I went to this service station today around 5 pm and they took the phone and the complain. everything else on the phone was working fine, the only problem was the dead pixels on the screen, they gave the phone back to me in 1 hour and said they have replaced the LCD, which I felt was true. But now the key pad is not working completely, I think they have the worst technician in the world doing this job. key no. 5 is not working and volume control is not working. I have spent Rs. 11150 for this phone and gave 2 hours of my time and time to write you this and commute to the sony authorized service station. There is absolutely no professional people at your service station starting with their counter staff to their technician.
Please replace this phone with a brand new piece or issue me full refund. After spending Rs. 11150 on this phone and it is brand new piece, why I have to go through this problems everyday.
