[Resolved]  Sony Erocsson S500i — they r not returning my set

Dear sir/madam,

Respected sir/madam my name is JAGMEET SINGH CHAWLA from LUDHIANA PUNJAB.On 1-nov-2007 i bought a set of sony ericsson model name S500i there was a problem in in screen and side shutter lights after about 2 months.Then i went to sony service station in LUDHIANA name B.M. SERVICES(SALORA INTERNATIONAL)SHOP NO.6,PEARL PALACE,GHUMAR MANDI,LUDHIANA PUNJAB.They accepted the complaint and said that they will return my set after 10 DAYS...but now it has more than 1 MONTH since there is no replay...they r not taking my phone calls and when i go there they just tell me ur set has not come yet..
