I have purchased the Sony Home theatre DZ270 on 13/01/2009. After Installing the home theatre I realised that the sound out from the sub woofer is not so perfect. I didnt notice that when the sales man showing demo at showroom with high volume. I made a request to sony to send a good sound engineer to check the system. One of the service staff came and took my system to nearby showroom and checked with another system. When I keenly noticed that the sound output from the other system in the same model also deliver the same output. Finally the service engineer told me that "You will get this much of sound effect from this Model"... Then why they advertise it is Dynamic & Crisp Sound. I dont know the meaning for that. They said the system is perfectly working. I do agree, the system is working but not upto the mark they advertised. Still the problem not been rectified. They are really cheating the consumers. DAV-DZ270 — not responding.
sir i have given my sony home theater for repairing on 25/11/2008.they have told me a in one week your sony home theater will be repaired.
but tillnow they are not saying wheather they have did it or not.
when ever i will call them to ask, they will ask my name, phone number,
model number, serial number etc.
after talking all the information they say, they will check and inform me after few minutes.
but sir till now i have not recieve any responce.
more than a month happened, but i dont know when there few minute will happened?
