[Resolved]  Sony India (Digital Photo Frame) — WRONG PRODUCT INFORMATION

Respected Sir/Madam, this is to inform you that i bought 1 sony digital photo frame from SONY UDAIPUR and the Sony authorized dealer informed that this is a digital photo frame with audio video(movie) display. later on when we checked then that was only digital photo frame there were no video or movie facility available. We had a talk with the dealer 2-3 times he has given gol-mol answer like company, s person will come he will show you like this and later on he refused the same . then we have written this to Customer Care Center
Sony India in april and they have given reference no.3794497 then no. of times we called them every time the call center(phone no.[protected] &[protected] person of SONY INDIA says we will get back to you, today only we received call then also they assured that we will get back soon, please look in to this matter as the photo frame is still with us in unused condition and we don't know what to do .Company name SONY .
