have been sold a faulty handycam HDR CX 110E. In past 1 month it has been serviced 3 times for same problem - intermittent blurred image in steady shot video recording. My Job Nos. are -
1. WS[protected] dtd. 12/11/2011 - twice repaired under this job no and returned on 7/12/11
2. WS[protected] dtd. 06/11/2011 - once repaired under this jon no and returned on 12/11/11
I am totally unhappy with the product and service rendered by Sony. Because the handycam was lying with them I have been unable to record 3 important programs/events in the past month.
Also against my complaint no.[protected], I was promised by Sony customer care executive on 5/12/11 that I will get a call back from a senior advisor in 48 hrs. I have not got the call after a week. I presume that Sony employees are liars and cheats of the highest order. I am disgusted at the pathetic service support of Sony in India. I was a big Sony fan all along - I own Bravia Home Theater, Wega TV, Sony XPlod as well. Hencedorth I am not buying any Sony product.
