Dear sir/madam,
I prashant kotian purchased sony bravia BX 300 LCD 32 inch on 27 march 2011 form snehanjali retail pvt ltd. Bill no : 261102 the given tv set provided by the dealer did not carry warnty card when asked said that it did not carry the card then latter on provided a hand written waranty card from company now after two months the tv set is not working at all the servince engineer visited twise to solve the problem but problem is technicanlly from inside as requested to repacle the tv set the delear is refusing to do as the newly purchased is faulty the dealer is saying that once the goods sold will not be replaced if yof required we will repair it and give, is this worth after paying 27000 rupees for a brand new tv set of sony end up lossing m my hard earned money
Request you plz lodge a my complaint against the dealer and replace my tv set with new one
