[Resolved]  Sony India Ltd. , Sony CRT Model No. Hg 21 M 80 Serial No. 6302010. — Substandard product from Sony India Ltd.

Subject: Manufacturing Defect in SONY CRT Model No. HG 21 M 80 serial No. 6302010.

I had purchased SONY CRT TV 21” on 14.04.2008. After one month on 14 May 2008 the set turned off after three hours and the automatic switching off is regular. I contacted dealer M/S Jyoti Electrovision, Kalyan(W), Pin 421 301, (Phone[protected] and the Tall free No.[protected]. I also talked to the In charge Dombivali Service Centre Sri Nair regarding the problem for one year.
The warranty period has now expired but Sony India Ltd. could not solve the problem till today.
