We purchased a laptop(VPCEH25N/B Serial no. 7007110) on 9/11/2011 from Sony centre ; M/S Dayal Infotainment, Shipra Mall, Indirapuram. Invoice no. 903235, On 23rd November, It stopped working all of a sudden and the very next day (24th November), We registered a complaint with the dealer and deposited the laptop with its battery at his shop. After two days, to our surprise, we got a phone call from some service centre telling us the laptop is not working because water was spilled on it and the internal components have been damaged due to moisture. Let us specify to you that, NO SUCH THING HAD HAPPENED TO IT WHEN IT WAS IN OUR POSSESSION.
We therefore request you once again that the damaged parts please be replaced under warranty as soon as possible and the said laptop be returned in fully working condition so that our professional work does not suffer anymore. We hope you do not compel us to go to the legal authorities to get the remedy.
