hi..i owned a sony laptop of model SVE15115FXS.. recently my laptop keyboard and touchpad is not functioning,but the Fn key is working.. i think it my due to lock of keyboard..i tried my level best but i cant able to solve my problem. so can any one please help? -ravivarma Was this information helpful? | |||

Regret the inconvenience caused. Which retail store did you buy the VAIO laptop from? We request you to get in touch with the said retail store as well, they can help you get a duplicate copy of the invoice. That can help you get the warranty benefits.

one SONY VAIO laptop Y Series

Code: 27551068
Serial number : 7009004
I have lost the original invoice and payment receipt. I shall appreciate very much if the invoice is sent to me – [protected]@yahoo.com at the earliest
The keyboard of the Sony laptop is not working. Keys - # 6, underscore, delete ..etc are not working. The local Sony Service store is insisting on the original invoice to order parts and repair the unit.
So please treat this request as urgent and enable me to get the invoice or provide necessary directions to the Sony Service centre in Coimbatore.
