[Resolved]  Sony Laptop E - Series Vpceh3aen — Problem of laptop not solved even though problem exists ,sony service center pune not ready to solve laptop problem which is in warranty

This is Abhijeet,I have purchased a SONY VAIO E-SERIES laptop model no -: VPCEH3AEN on[protected] from LAPTECH SOLUTIONS Pvt.Ltd SHOP NO 1 tilak Apt,1578,Sadashiv Peth,Opp Maharashtra Mandal School Pune. I have a problem with my laptop's touchpad It is not working properly,My laptop is in warranty and within 2-3 month o[censored]sage I 'm facing laptop problems regarding speaker cross-section voice,Touchpad problem.When i try to move mouse pointer in one particular direction it goes in opposite direction,It sometimes stops to respond our finger movements on touchpad,I had visited the shop LAPTECH for this problem they told me to contact sony service center for the same problem.
When I contacted Sony Service Center "TELECARE 6,"Sharad" Bldg,opp water irrigation office,Nr.Karve Statue,Kothrud,Pune" a technician named Ashish had a look to my laptops problem and said there is no hardware problem in my laptop,even though the problem exists.There is absolutely no solution provided my Sony Service Center,

I really regret on my purchase of Sony Laptop,I 'm facing touchpad problem in my laptop immediately after 1 month of my laptop purchase,I 'm really dissappointed on sony service center pune as they are really not able to detect problem ,even though the problem exists in my laptop.
