[Resolved]  Sony LCD 46 Inch — SPARE PARTS PROVIDED IN LOOSE CONDITION

MY COMPLAINT NO. IS 8947888.
It is regarding replacing mother board of the 46 INCH LCD T.V., SONY
The product was purchased on 5.6.2011 and within six months the screen has gone blank. The problem identified faulty mother board.
The original complaint was filed on Sunday 4.12.2011.
On 9.12.2011 the company executive comes to replace the part .The part is being carried by him in an open condition in a polythene. Doubting the genuinity of the part I have refused to accept it and asked him to replace it with an originally packed mother board.
I don't expect company to provide such delicate parts in an open condition at the customer's residence.
I spoke to the service center (ACE Electronics Rajouri Garden) in-charge MANISH KAPOOR and his reply was that WE DELIVER THE COMPONENTS IN THESE CONDITIONS ONLY.
It is highly regrettable that SONY , the leading brand, is providing such a service.
I demand that the part should be provided in the original packing and replaced at the earliest
