Dear Sir,
I Purchase SONY BRAVIA LED TV 32" From Gurgaon on 22nd-Sep-2012.
Dealer committed to me that "Your LED will be INSTALL on Monday Evening.
Monday Morning I receive a call from Sony Service Engineer regarding LED INSTALLATION.
But evening time service Engineer not reach in my apartment.
Again i revert to Service Engineer (Contact No.- [protected]), Engineer reply Its not sony India Responsibility.
So I call to sony costumer care center complain & Complain resister (Complaint No[protected] &[protected].
But till time no any reply from Sony INDIA side.
SO my request to Consumer Forum Please take hard action with Sony India (My LED Installation will be Completed or return my LED Provide my Money).
