[Resolved] Sony — LED SMART TV PANEL PROBLEM AFTER 1 year and a month | |||
TODAY service person came to my home to check the complaint of my sony LED TV and he said there is a problem in Panel so need to be changed and he said the warranty is for one year only so your warranty period already completed . So you have to pay for the service he said to change the panel it cost about 23 thousand india. Rupees , my question is when there is a complaint in panel that is not our mistake and also the age of the TV is exact one year and one month i bought this tv for about 35 thousand rupees and i have to pay for the service about 23 thousand after one year and one month. The service person said if this happend before 10 days we will change this for free now it not free service he added . I dont think it is working .
