i gave my handset to sonymobile customer care on 7th of july. that time they told me that my phone would get repaired within 7-10 days. i waited for that period to get over. on completion of that period i called the customer care as i did not receive my phone back. they said that my phone was still under repairs as they had problems with parts. i waited on that term for one and half month.
now when i call them and ask for replacement,refund or even a temporary replacement they just start to argue about it and say that i have to wait for more days till my handset gets repaired.
they are not even reverting nothing back to me, also on occasions when they said they would.
they are even sending me mail which i had requested from them.
now i m really frustrated and my patience has wearied out.
