I am posting this issue here in the hope that I will get a better response as compared to the customer care executives available on[protected].
I purchased this pone some 2.5 months back. Within 3rd day, the phone started showing software problem and phone would be hanging. My old ticket no. was [protected]. After that I went to Sony authorized service center at Ahmadabad regarding this problem. Then your service engineer solves this problem.
After 2.5 months I faced another problem with this phone. The problem is that my phone had automatically switched off. Then again I went to service center. My ticket no. is [protected] and job no. W[protected] dated 11/2/13. After checking, your service engineer told that, there is problem in motherboard. And again he guaranteed that phone will be in working condition within 8 days. But as on today after 16 days we can’t receive the phone. And they want again 7 days for repairing purpose.
So, without my phone I am totally handicapped. So please replace the phone or send my total money back,

Sony Mobile — grievances not redressed
1. i purchased sony xperia SL LT26i handset for Rs 24,000/ in feb 2013. 2. it has gone to service centre twice but problems still persists. 3. my regd no with sony os [protected]. 4. now i am at tezpur assam where they dont ve any service centre. 5. what should i do?
