Sony Mobiles — Smart Phone Problem

I bought Sony smart phone (SONY XPERIA J) from Neeru Enterprise Noida(sector 18) in month of APRIL 2013. The phone has many problems like it suddenly stops, sometimes hangs for too much time.When i went to service centre they told me that you have software problem and updated the software but however after software updation problem did not resolved. I am facing two many problems while using the phone. I trust on SONY although many smart phones are available but this is the result.!! Such problems will lead spoil the image of Sony smart phones I expect Sony company to solve this problem or if possible change the smart phone.!! Regards Kapil [protected]
