Hi I had bought sony music system 9 years back, I was facing problem with belt mechanism and the cassette was not working I gave it to service centre at jayanagar 7th block, it was not under warranty , it w as given on 24.09.2013, they charged Rs 10851 vide bill no J3/FY13-09/002159, but still the issue is the same, I am fac5 problem with the cassette wherein its closin7 properly, I never expected this kind of horrible service from such a brand, its like cheAt5 a customer in a bd8 daylight, I wonder that I would bought a new music system by adding another 10000, kindly consider th5 on high priority or s els5 I may have to go to consumers court.
