We have purchased a system made of Sony – Model No. MHC-GN999DS on 1st june 2007 through Sony show room, Bistupur, Jamshedpur. It worked well for 2 years and now there's a malfunction in the system due to the cassette player. Since for last 1 month the problem is given to sony service centre, Alfa Services 57 New Baradwari Road Sakchi 831001 Phone :[protected], Jamshedpur, they are unable to trace the problem. After making several follow-up, the service engineer now says that he has to wait for a system that ensures all parts are same as MHC-GN999DS and then only he can trace the problem to which he will later find a solution.
