Sony — No satisfactory service

I have bought 40EX710 at Rs.80K.Just after completing warranty period of 01 yr,screen is not getting ON.
When tried to call on Tall Free No:[protected] no body give satisfactory answer for it.
I would like to request u all that Pls don't see the brand name as they r making fool after selling their precious items to us.
