[Resolved] Sony — non functioning of product | |||
i purchaged a sony vaio laptop model no. SVE15113ENB, BLACK COLOUR on oct 20 2012 from JAI COMPUTER , jabalpur. since very first day the touch pad and key board are not working. i complained it to sony customer care center on[protected] and followed all the instructions . but my problem was not resolved. then i went to authorized sony center in jabalpur located at yadav colony(10 km from my residence) and they kept my laptop for two days and called me for three times which troubled me a lot as i m a doctor and i have to leave my clinic for that. but still my problem is not resolved completely and i am facing many other problems also. i m help less and thinking to go in consumer court for a solution. please help me, my details are as such dr pankaj jain, south civil line, college of veterinary science and animal husbandary, jabalpur m.p 482001 mob.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
