Sony — Not getting rectified my Lap | |||
I have given My sony Vaio Laptop due to complaint at sony servise center Madona Electronics on July 24th 2013 . but still the service center people are saying they dont have the parts to repair the same .its already nearing a month i am following them up for the same . but no response the job no they have give is J31307561. kindly guide me in solving the same . My issue is not getting my Sony Vaio Laptop Getting repaired in the authorized service center at Madona Electronics Ernakulam even after one month. the only reason stated by them is that they don't have the parts to repair the same . I believe they are not in lack of technitcian at cochin. i Belive this is only because of the lack of management and service issue from Sony India.
