With ref to subject we want to inform you that i (Rakesh Kumar) am a regular customer of sony brands. I have purchased many times sony company products (like-laptop,mobiles).As same i have purchased a sony experia plt22i mobile phone of Rs.24500.00 with IMEI NO.[protected] agst b/no.102/5082 dt.06/07/12 from HOT SPOT SPICE RETAIL LTD.But with in 10-15days i found many manufacturing defects(like- hanging problems,switch on-off problems,all the applications not working properly etc.) while using the sony experia mobile set.i have given this mobile phone in sony mobile service center.after examin the mobile set by the service center's engineer there is a software problem in my mobile set.they have returned the mobile to me after reload the new software.but after 2-3 days i have found same problem in my mobile phone.I am very shocked and then i have called the sony mobile company's customer care at[protected] and talked with Mr. Nitish.I have told my problem to Mr.Nitish and request him to REPLACE MY MOBILE SET FROM THE COMPANY NOT REPAIRED.but he have not given any satisfactory answer to me.and talked with very misbehavior and suggest me for CONSUMER COURT.When i asked his job designation and office address.he did.nt give any answer to me.now i am so depressed because after investing a heavy price in a most popular brand (sony mobile company) i faced many problems & get harassed.
