sir, i purchased sony vaio E-series laptop in oct 2010.. and now its hard disk is corrupted... i went to your customer care centre in chrompet(Tamil Nadu) and they said that hard disk has 2yrs warranty... so hard disk can be replace but i have to pay rs 1,125 as service charges.. wat is this sir?? why should i pay if your product is still under warranty??.. rply as soon as possible..
