Sony's customer reps were very rude. They hung up on me twice. I wanted to speak to a customer service rep in regards to a shipping issue. I am never home to receive packages, so i tried to make arrangements. They were not helpful, and the manager named NATHAN was particularly rude. He said Sony could not help my situation, and became IRATE. This made my blood boil. Shame on Sony for having such incompetent employees. This is behavior unacceptable especially for a manager.
