I HAVE BOUGHT SONY BRAVIA ONLY IN THE FIRST WEEK OF MARCH 2011 AS A WORLD CUP OFFER. JUST 1 1/2 YEARS HAVE PASSED, THE SET HAS FAILED MISRABLY IN ALL ASPECTS. I HAVE CALLED THE SERVICE ENGINEER THROGH THEIR TOLL FREE NUMBER BUT THE EXECUTIVE IS NOT UNDERSTANDING THE REQUIREMENT AND KEEP ON SAYING THAT IT IS ONLY A SETUP PROBLEM. I HAVE REQUESTED HIM TO SEND A SERVICE ENGINEER TILL DATE NO ONE HAS CALLED UP. NOT ONLY THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCT IS BAD BUT THEIR RESPONSE TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO VERY BAD. HENCE, MY ADVICE TO CUSTOMERS NOT TO GO FOR SONY PRODUCTS ESSPECIALLY IN INDIA AND REJECT THEM AND DRIVE THEM OUT OF OUR COUNTRY. Was this information helpful? | |||
