Sony — Sony cannot deliver their warranty | |||
Dear Sir, I bought a Sony vaio VGN series in 2009. In 2010 there was a problem in the LCD screen. It was announced by sony that VGN series may have problem of LCD screen for which a five years extended warranty will be provided by them. In 2010 they replaced the LCD screen even though the initial warranty had expired. Now in 2012 the same problem appeared again and Sony service center assessed it as a LCD problem but they refuse to give the free of cost repair under the extended warranty without giving a reasonable reason why they cannot.
