I have brought new sony vaio e series laptop SVE1513ACNB. I have been facing continuous issues with the laptop since the day I bought it. The laptop isn’t operating properly. It is very slow , sound problem and many a times when I try to log in it takes me to a more time to log on. Sometimes I wasn’t even able to log in. whenever I try to use it the problem persists. I have been to service center 2 times to Jaypee Electronics C-54, Ground Floor, Noida Sector-2, Noida - 201301 ; they said hard disc has to change. but they didnot change the hard disk and still i am persisting the same issue. I didn’t get any satisfactory responses. I was told that by the customer care that it was a software issue and recovery would solve all the issues.Could you please take action against them.
