[Resolved] Sony — Sony Xperia U, Touch Screen Issue | |||
Hi, I have purchased a mobile phone (Sony Xperia U) on 17th Oct 2012. On the last day of warranty (16th Oct 2012), luckily I realized that there is some issue with the touch screen in my mobile. I went to nearest service centre and submit my phone there. They verified that there is an issue with the touch screen and now they are ready to replace necessary parts. I asked from them that what will be the guarantee of the parts which they will replace, because it may happen that the same issue can come again in my mobile. Since there is no more warranty of my phone. How can I trust on your service which you are providing me? They simply told me that we cannot guarantee anything. If the same issue come again, then you have to pay. This is really disgusting service from SONY. Expecting a favourable reply asap.
