Sony — Service Deficiency | |||
Dear Team I bought a Sony VAIO Laptom ( Model NO. - VPCEA42EG ) in March 2011 from Nehru Place Delhi. I was trying to make Recovery Disk but there was some error so it was not done. I went to service customer care 308, osian building, behind Paras Cinema, 12 Nehruplace , New Delhi. Meet Mr. Padam but he could not help me out and talk to me rudly, ispite of my word that my Laptop is in warranty period i could not get any help from service centre and i was said i have to pay Rs. 500 for making Recovery Disk and i have to leave my laptop for at least 4 days in service centre. I want to know that if my laptope is in warranty period and it takes only 2 hours to make Recovery Disk , why i have been harassed... is it the way of service of Sony if it is how long the brand value will be in the market for the product. Plz help else i would go to consumer court for my complain.
