[Resolved] Sony — spot on lcd | |||
In my sony vaio laptop, there is small spot came on the LCD screen, the spot is not seen clearly when i am trying to see it from the front of the LCD, but when i shape my laptop screen vertically, then it is clearly visible by naked eyes, when i show this problem in service center, they said they have no authority to change the LCD till the spot is not captured by the camera, my laptop is in warranty period, so please short out my laptop problem as soon as possible. they don't give me any complaint number. you all have cheated the customer by saying that you give warranty on the gadgets like laptop, mobile etc but when the problem come in the gadgets and when we show the problem to the sony service centre then they give many excuses like the problem is not coming in the camera, sony doesn't give us authority to change the affected gadgets while the problem is not captured in the camera, so many like this, if you are not able to give warranty then don't give us fake warranty.
sir, when i went to service centre they assured me that if i get an e-mail from your side regarding the conformation for changing my screen then they take further action. i am sending you a photo of my lcd screen where a spot has occured. kindly see to this problem and send me an e-mail as soon as possible.
