I had registered a complaint in Sony's Toll Free number regarding a defect in my LCD TV on 20th SEPTEMBER 2011. Colored lines are appearing on the TV. The complaint no. is 8014255. The TV was taken from by home after 2-3 days from the date of registration of complaint. One month has elapsed after registering the complaint. Sony's service department has not rectified the problem till now. Whenever they are being contacted they reply in an indifferent attitude. And they have been telling that they have not received the required part of the TV. I wonder how any product can sustain in the market with this kind of product support. A product is only as good as the support given by the company. Now i regret for buying a Sony product. Was this information helpful? |
