Sony — Touchpad Problems | |||
Dear Sir, I purchased sony laptop VPCEH3AEN on 17.02.2012 and started facing touchpad problems after 3 months. Firstly, I thought it might be a software or windows problem but I have recovered my windows twice and still facing the same problem. The sony care center in Bathinda have noticed my problem and they recovered the windows. But after one day the problem started again. I went to the sony care center again and then they kept my laptop for one day and recovered the windows again and said that my laptop is fine. But it is not fine, I am still facing the touchpad problems. The touchpad stops working sometimes and multi-gestures are automatically done. Sometimes, the laptop hangs up. Please help me as I have only one week left of my laptop warranty. Was this information helpful? | |||
