Sony VAIO Laptop Model Cs24 — bad product and worst service.

I purchased sony vaio laptop in month of April,09.but to my dismay it develop fault in display panel and lineing started to appear.
I gave laptop for repair and service centre took 6 days to repair it.

But cursing my decision to buy sony vaio, again it develop problem and now it started making sound.i have mailed them that i need someone senior to talk but no response from there side.

After spending 50000 i have got mental harassment.i repent day when i choose sony vaio instead of some other brand.
Below is the trail of mail i had with sony customer care.

Very disgusting to say i have got no call from your service centre with reference to the above complaint.

Lap top is making lot of noise while working.i want someone senior whom i can speak to else i am going to consumer forum.

Below is the mail which i got when problem had occured earlier.within 3 month of purchase i am facing second problem with this laptop

Advise for everybody never purchase sony vaio
