[Resolved]  Sony Walkman — headphones defective

I had purchased a sony walkman in chennai in first week of january 2012 for which the warranty card was issued.The product purchased has fault in the headphone in the audio output in one ear speaker and the recording when played plays with lot of disturbance.I have the warranty card in which the model name is mentioned as NWZ-B162FPC1E and the serial no:6400951 valid upto jan 2013.I am staying in bangalore,mahalakshmi layout.I kindly request you to do the needful at the earliest and oblige
