[Resolved] Sony Wega 29 Inches — SERVICE COMPLAINT

I called up sony call center for servicing of my Sony Wega television as it was not working properly.Engineer attended to my TV and said that one part had to be replaced and communicated the charge for that part,we agreed to it as he said it will work properly after that.Within 24 hours of replacement of that part my TV stopped working completely.I called them again,engineer said that now some other part is not working which has to be replaced with extra charge.After lodging my complaint on call center i got a call that we cannot repair your TV as that part is only not available with SONY INDIA.I am stuck up as my TV is completely out of order and also i am not getting any price for exchanging my television.I feel now that these people are not at all intersted in serving or satisfying customer needs.They just want to make money without repairing customer's products.I want my money back as you have spoilt my such valuable product.They just dont take care of their brand name.I feel they are dacoits.Pathetic customer service.Please shut shops.

sony wega Tv 24 inch — No reason

Dear Sir/ Madam

I want to purchase Sony Wega TV 24 inches I already given what ever the desired document they asked. I also request them that I had changed my religion and also gave them the proof. today i got a call that my application has been rejected but when i asked the reason they didnt gave me any reason. I dont know the logic behind it does change of religion matters in any way please give me a proper reason behind it.
