[Resolved]  Sony — defective lcd panel

Pls Don't Buy Any Sony Product

forwarding you the comp. which i have mailed to sony care on 29.01.2011

but till the date no. possitive reply from there side

i have called sony care more than 50 times and every time they assure that

they will arrange reply from there side but i have not rece. a single call from there side



then they have provide me soma bose no. to cont. her in this regard, but

she told me nece. service will be provided but i am not intrested in any kind of service



now i want my money back, so i can purchase a good brand with 4 or 5 years of warranty

FUNDAMENTAL ELECTONICS CALCUTTA ON 05.12.10.

THERE ARE DEAD PIXELS ON THE LCD PANEL (INSIDE THE GLASS)



AFTER INSTALATION I WAS NOT IN THE TOWN AND

WE HAVE NOTICED THE SAME IN THE 2ND OR THIRD WEEK AND

COMPLAIN THE SAME TO THE FUNDAMENTAL ELE. OVER PHONE

BUT NON OF YOUR TECHNICIAN CAME TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM



AGAIN ON 23TH OF JAN., I PERSONNALY GO TO THERE SHOWROOM

TO MAKE A COMPLAIN AND FINALLY OUR TECH. CAME ON 25 TH OF JAN.



NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY WILL TAKE A PICTURE OF THE PANEL AND

REPLACE THE PANEL ONLY, BUT I WANT TO REPLACE THE LCD.



THIS IS YOUR DUTY TO CHECK THE GOODS BEFORE FINAL DELIVERY FOR

ANY MANUFACTURING DEFECT.



SIR, IF I HAVE SPENT 40000.00 FOR BRAND SONY JUST BECAUSE OF YOUR

BRAND IMAGE AND QUALITY O[censored]R PRODUCTS, OTHER BRANDS WITH THE SAME

FEATURES ARE AVA. AT 28000.00 TO 30000.00 IN THE MARKET.



PLS DON'T BREAK OUR TRUST TO SONY.

PLS TREAT THIS MATTER AS URGENT AND REPLACE MY LCD OR ELSE I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
