I want to register the complaint regarding the worst service in sony service canter B 11, Near Ganna Sansthan, Tilak Marg, Dalibagh, Lucknow. I dn't have this much time that can make 10 rounds in a day of your service centre as my home is too far and this is in knowledge of your service centre staff. I gave my laptop on 10 Aug 2013 Model SVE15123CNB IN5 and Job no. J31433011, they had confirmed me that I can come to take my laptop after 2 days. I went to service centre on 14 Aug 2013 to take my laptop but by mistake i bought my old receipt, so they told me to that they can't give laptop without receipt but the problem in my laptop is resolved now. I request them that I can provide Job no. but again to come same will be not possible for me as my home is too far, but they told me that giving laptop without see job sheet not in the norms. Then I said ok that i will be coming on 16 Aug 2013 as 15 was national holiday and service canter was closed. Your service centre staff given me contact no. on before visiting your service canter i can make the call and then visit. Today on 16 Aug 2013 i made call two times they confirmed me that i can come to take my laptop. But when i visited service they told me that my laptop issue is still not resolved. Is this is a way Sony treats their customer? I feel like that they playing the time of the customer. The staff which is seating they are not trained; they give wrong information to customer. Sony is such a big brand this type of worst service is not accepted. Today when I shouted in service canter then they said that ok they will deliver my laptop at my home tomorrow 3 pm but as they make fake commitment i don't think so they will give my laptop. Is this is the service given to customer that when she or he will shout then only problem will be listened by then. I request that you should take some strict action there would many customers like me who will be facing this problem. I highly dissatisfied with customer service I experienced.
